I am pleased to advise our updated Website is now live. As with our previous site this includes a wealth of information for
anyone involved in driven game shooting and is well worth a visit. I particularly recommend you view “Our Galleries”
and “Testimonials” which is an illustrated guide and details the experiences of guns on our Shoot.
One of the main purposes of our website is to give a daily update on the availability of shoot days, which also now
enables us to offer a new service to everyone booking days with the Shoot. I appreciate booking days well in advance of
the season can be a problem due to our busy lives and there can be a reluctance to do this.
In order to assist with this problem, in the event of your wishing to cancel a day you have already booked, providing I
am given a minimum of 30 days’ notice, the day may be cancelled and either another day chosen or a full refund given.
This applies to bookings of up to two guns on any one day. Should you wish to cancel three guns or more on any one
day, this may be possible depending on the time of the season, could you please discuss this with me, as provided I am
given sufficient notice this should be possible.
Our website also includes a page for “Last Minute Availability” which can be used when a day comes available or you
need to sell a day at short notice. Just phone or e-mail my secretary Lynda on 01423 323321 or info@ripleycastleshoot.
co.uk and the day will be immediately included on our site. I hope by having the availability of days at our finger tips,
this service will help everyone and also give guns the confidence to book days well in advance.
In order to access our days even easier our Shoot Availability and Booking Forms are now iphone
and Android compatible so wherever you are, you can always check availability and make a booking.

As always I would be pleased to receive details of any changes which you feel may improve our website.

I have chosen our iconic lowland native game bird “The English Grey Partridge”. We are releasing a few each season,
however establishing a wild stock may be a forlorn hope due to modern farming practices and the uncontrolled number
of buzzards and red kites. We need a balance.
